Gratitude, Growth, and Fresh Food

As we head into Thanksgiving, we’re reminded that the heart of this season is sharing. At AmpleHarvest.org, that means turning garden abundance into fresh food for families who need it most. This month we’re celebrating new pantries, a 2025 Silver Anthem Award, and the growing impact of gardeners and supporters like you. Thank you for helping us nourish communities when it matters most.

Anthem Award

We’re honored to receive a 2025 Silver Anthem Award. This win reflects the work of thousands of gardeners, food pantries, and supporters who believe everyone deserves access to fresh, healthy food. Thank you for being part of a movement that turns abundance into nourishment.

Your Donations at Work this November

  • 19 new food pantries have joined the AmpleHarvest.org network. Among them is Dolphin’s Pantry in Cutler Bay, FL. They told us “The Dolphin's pantry is in its first year of being open. We are trying to assist the families that are in our community that have fallen on hard times. We want to make sure that these families are able to go to sleep with a full belly and know they are not alone.”

  • Every new pantry means more fresh food reaching more people—and less going to waste. With gardeners across the country donating their extra harvests through AmpleHarvest.org, we’re turning abundance into action and building a healthier, more sustainable food system together.

Plant a gift

This Giving Tuesday, plant a gift that grows far beyond today.
Your donation helps gardeners share their harvest with local food pantries, turning fresh, healthy food into meals for families who need it most.  Learn more about the impact of your donation here.

Every day, AmpleHarvest.org helps turn garden abundance into nourishment for families who might otherwise go without. If this mission matters to you — if you believe no fresh food should be wasted while people are hungry — please consider supporting us this holiday season. As a nonprofit, we rely on donor generosity to keep this work going, helping more gardeners share their harvest and more families bring fresh produce home.
